Passenger Side Mirror

The 1966 Mustang did not come with a passenger side mirror. It has drivers side, and rear-view mirrors. The passenger side mirror is a nice easy bolt on upgrade, and adds visibility for the driver, so we opted to add this in. Here is the pattern that we need to cut out and use as a template to help us locate it in the correct position on the door.

Connor drilling the required holes through the door panel.

Here the mirror is in position, and we are making the initial adjustments.
 Here's the completed install.

New Headlights and Halos

Keagan gave Connor some new headlights for Christmas, which will allow us to use new modern bulbs rather than the round sealed beams that it has now. These new headlights also include white LED Halos, which should add a nice touch to the car.

We connected the LEDs to the battery mains, with a daytime running light controller, so the halos will be on whenever the engine is running.

Here they are in progress, we had to take the headlamp covers off to remove the old bulbs, and to wire in the new LED wires.

Here we are with just the halos on.

Running both the halos, and the new headlights.
